The VPN client application is dependant of the operating system (OS) of the device. The benefit of using this is that, it`s easier,faster and have options to suspend/resume session. Supported features - Webmail, Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) to Your WTO Computer. This is recommended for users who access the WTO network frequently from the same computer. |

To print at home (printer) from a WTO laptop: ITSD recommends using the USB wired connection. Wi-Fi printing from a WTO laptop will only work with Ivanti Secure application disconnected, or if you are using the Ivanti Secure WTO-User Remote connection. You can follow the below guide to install drivers. If you are using the Ivanti Secure WTO-Cert Remote connection, Wi-Fi printing will not work because of our IT security policies.
